How do you experience your higher self?


It has been through my art! 

This year, from day 1, which started out as an endless roller coaster, had me feeling lost and unhappy. I hadn't been or felt myself in years. Reflecting upon this I thought, 
"When did I  loose myself and how can I experience my higher self again?"

That question is extremely complex...

But the goal was to find out who I am again!

When I think about who I am I have always considered myself an artist with the gift of intuitive power and astral abilities that I was always too afraid to express. 

So I stopped everything that was holding me back and started expressing myself again through art. 

One thing I realized this morning was that I have never felt more connected with my higher self than I do right now! When I think about what has ignited that fire I have to say its the connection I feel when creating my artwork, but in particular its when I create "El Ojo de Dios" or God's eye. 

I have found the piece that connects my being with my higher self. 

I wish I could show all of you the internal process that comes forth from my heart, mind, soul, and spirit to create these pieces for you all.

My astral being has never been more fine tuned, my third eye is stronger than ever. The astral and psychic connection between me and my hubby has never been more strong than it is now!

Everyday I take time to meditate in a quite space.

When I create I tune out all static noise and through a process of what I like to also call meditation I channel my positive energy into creating pieces that can also help others who seek a guiding light in their spiritual journey to find their higher selves.

Potty Training in 3 days

Heres How Gabriel Was Potty Trained In 3 Days! As most of you know already we just recently moved to Oklahoma City from California, during all that chaos potty training Gabriel had to take a pause. Both me and my husband were working and between packing, planning, and having to drive the almost 1,800 miles, I knew it wasn't going to be possible. El Ojo De Dios

History of "el ojo de dios" Originating in the Americas these "God's eyes" as protection charms and a talisman of, the better known , third eye. A powerful symbol of understanding unseen things. Huichol indians created these woven pieces of art to put on their alters. A traditional "God's eye" has 4 points representing the 4 elements, earth, fire, and water. To weave a "God's eye" one is putting their own energy and prayers to create a physical object to forever be a representation these intentions. They are often used to protect children.
