How do you experience your higher self? It has been through my art!  This year, from day 1, which started out as an endless roller coaster, had me feeling lost and unhappy. I hadn't been or felt myself in years. Reflecting upon this I thought,  "When did I  loose myself and how can I experience my higher self again?" That question is extremely complex... But the goal was to find out who I am again!
